Creating Consciousness Wealth
At Divergent Solutions, we believe that awareness, emotional resilience, and a deeper connection with yourself are forms of wealth.
Our therapeutic approach combines trauma-informed psychotherapy, somatic work, mindfulness, breathwork, integration, and, when appropriate and within a clinical framework, working with expanded states of consciousness.
The goal is not simply to reduce symptoms, but to develop the capacity to understand yourself, regulate your nervous system, process difficult experiences, and live with greater clarity, connection, and intention.

Healing involves more than understanding your story.
It also involves the body, the nervous system, and the way you experience yourself
You deserve more than just a peak experience. You deserve true, lasting transformation.
Our integrative approach combines somatic and trauma-informed therapy, mindfulness, breathwork, expanded-state practices, and integration to support meaningful change beyond the therapy session.

A New Philosophy of Healing
Creating Consciousness Wealth
Wealth is not only what we accumulate externally. Consciousness wealth is the capacity we develop internally—awareness, emotional regulation, resilience, connection, and the ability to live intentionally.
At Divergent Solutions, we believe healing goes beyond managing symptoms. It is about understanding the relationship between the mind, body, and nervous system, addressing the effects of trauma, and developing the inner resources that support lasting well-being.
Our approach integrates somatic therapy, mindfulness, breathwork, and expanded states of consciousness within a trauma-informed therapeutic framework. By combining clinical knowledge with the body's natural capacity for regulation and adaptation, we support a process of healing that extends beyond the therapy session and into everyday life.
Because true healing is not just about overcoming the past. It's about expanding your capacity to experience the present and shape your future.

About Divergent Solutions
Meet Antonio Lopez
I'm Antonio Lopez, a Naturalistic Trauma-Informed Therapist and the founder of the therapeutic practice at Divergent Solutions.
My work is rooted in the understanding that trauma and emotional distress affect more than our thoughts. They can influence our nervous system, physical sensations, emotional responses, relationships, and overall sense of safety.
My professional training includes Somatic Experiencing, NeuroDynamic Breathwork, advanced training in psychedelic-assisted therapy, and training directly with the Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies (MAPS). These approaches inform my work with nervous system regulation, trauma processing, and altered states of consciousness to support individuals experiencing trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, chronic stress, and addiction-related challenges.
Although I am not a licensed psychologist, my practice is grounded in specialized therapeutic training, trauma-informed principles, and an ongoing commitment to clinical research, professional development, and ethical care. I recognize the importance of interdisciplinary collaboration and appropriate medical or psychological support when needed.
I believe effective therapy requires more than a technique. It requires trust, safety, curiosity, and a genuine therapeutic relationship. My role isn't to tell you who to become, but to help you build the awareness, resources, and capacity to navigate your healing process.
Whether you're seeking relief from persistent emotional distress, working through past experiences, or seeking a deeper understanding of yourself, I offer a personalized approach that respects your history, needs, and pace.
Healing is personal. Your therapeutic process should be too.
